How to restore missing battery icon on Windows 7/8/8.1/10
By default battery icon appears on the taskbar of our Laptop or computer. But some time battery icon disappeared from its place. Here you will learn how to restore or get back the battery icon to taskbar.
It very easy to get back the battery icon and sing this method you will restore Clock, Volume, Network, Action Center and input idicator if they are missing from the taskbar.
Lets see How to restore missing battery icon on Windows PC.
You can follow any one step from the bellow to get the actual setting in where you are going to restore battery icon.
Step 1:
- Press Windows icon + R and click on Control Pannel ( open controll panel)
- Search 'system icon' on control pannel
- Click on 'Show or hide battery icon on taskbar'

Step 2:
- There is an arrow on the notification area of the task bar, click on that
- Click on 'Customize'
- Click on 'Turn system icon on or off '
If you follow any one of the step above then you will see a window like below.
You will see that the Behavior of the Power icon is OFF, thats why the battery icon disappeared from your computer. Now turn On the Behavior of Power icon and click on OK. Battery icon will be back to Task bar.
Using this method you can easily hide or unhide the other system icon like - Clock, Volume, Network, Action Center, Input Indicator, Power icon by turn the behavior Off or On.
